Societal Change

“Societal Change happens only with the cooperation and coordination of the ruling class majority. Only people in power can change the power dynamic for everybody. It is very hard for the oppressed to change the power dynamic because there is always a concerted effort by the powerful to keep them in place; powerless.  Protestants in Northern Ireland have a place in society and a voice that can be heard, unlike any Catholic. Fair and equal power-sharing in Northern Ireland will not happen without the help of the Unionist parties.” -BC
